This schedule is for move-in of your exhibit and display equipment. Should you have any questions regarding move-in, please contact Freeman at (702) 579-1700.

- Tuesday, March 18: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM
Move-out Schedule

Pre-show Media List
Any exhibitor can request a pre-registered media list via e-mail approximately six weeks prior to the show. Please request the list by sending an e-mail to [email protected]. We strongly encourage exhibitors to contact the media prior to the show to inform them about new product introductions, special events, etc.
Each WPPI exhibitor has access to the Exhibitor Console. The Exhibitor Console is an online one-stop-shop where exhibitors can update their company listing, view financial information, access the floor plan and register booth staff. Also included is a list of Tasks and important links to help in planning.

Attn. Exhibitors, it has come to our attention that there have been unauthorized 3rd parties offering “email lists” of WPPI attendees for sale. If you receive such an inquiry from an entity (outside of EmeraldX), this is to be considered fraudulent and please report it to us (here) so we can take appropriate action.
