Can I register on-site?
Yes. Visit the “Register Here” counters during registration hours. Please note that on-site registration fees are higher.
How do I change my registration?

If I need to cancel, what is the cancellation policy?
Please refer to the Show Policy for cancellation and refund information.
Do I need a ticket for Special Evening Events?
Tickets are not required for Special Event Sessions. These events are open to Full Conference Pass and Party Pass holders. Please bring your badge for entry.
How can I obtain a Visa letter invitation for WPPI?
WPPI provides visa invitation letters upon request.
Once registration is completed, a visa letter is automatically generated. Your registration information must exactly match your passport details. A confirmation email will include a link to print your personalized invitation letter. Please note that a visa letter does not guarantee visa approval.
Are children allowed in the conference classes or the expo?
WPPI is a professional trade event.
- Children under 16 (including infants) are not permitted in conference seminars.
- Children under 16 are allowed on the expo show floor with adult supervision (maximum two children per adult).
- Strollers are permitted but not recommended.
Do you offer a Student/Educator Discount?
Yes. Select “student/educator/military” during registration and upload your credentials for approval.
Do you offer a Military Discount?
Yes. Select “student/educator/military” during registration and upload your credentials for approval.
Accepted proof of service includes:
- Military ID Card
- Dependent ID Card
- VA Issued Identification Card
- Veterans ID Card
- Veterans designation on Driver’s License
- Locally issued Veterans ID Card
- Veterans organization membership cards (VFW, American Legion, AMVETS, etc.)
