For WPPI 2026, our official room block will be located in the newly remodeled Ipanema Tower at The Rio Hotel and Casino in Las Vegas. The Ipanema Tower offers a fresh, modern space designed for comfort and connection, making it the perfect home base during your WPPI experience.

$125 per night, Sunday through Thursday

$189 per night, Friday and Saturday

+ discounted resort fee of $30 (normally $50). Taxes are not included and are currently 13.38%.

PARKING IS FREE!

The Rio has free parking with convenient easy in-and-out from Interstate-15 and Flamingo Road and from the west off Valley View Boulevard.

Located within a short walk from the Las Vegas Strip, and a short taxi or rideshare to many of the Las Vegas attractions. The pick up location for rideshare is located next to the Rio hotel main entrance, near the valet pick-up area.
