Do your maternity portraits feel safe or repetitive? Do you want to create more distinctive images but struggle to use light, color, and your studio equipment creatively?

During this live demonstration, Marta Ponsko will show how she transforms a simple maternity setup into a series of striking, editorial-style portraits. Working with a model in real time, she will demonstrate how intentional lighting, color, styling, and posing can turn an ordinary image into something memorable. This photo walk is for maternity and portrait photographers who already understand the basics of studio lighting but want to move beyond predictable setups, develop their creativity, and create work that stands out in a competitive market.

Key takeaways: attendees will learn how to transform a simple maternity setup into several distinctive images, see how lighting, color, styling, and posing work together to create a cohesive concept, learn how to give maternity portraits a stronger fashion-inspired, editorial quality, discover how to use existing studio equipment in more creative and intentional ways, and leave with practical ideas they can adapt to their own clients and studio.
