Elena S Blair is an award-winning lifestyle, family, and newborn photographer, educator, business coach, and founder who has spent more than 16 years building a career rooted in connection, authenticity, and community.
Known for her natural, emotive approach to family photography, Elena's work has been featured on the cover of Rangefinder Magazine, and she has taught photographers on some of the industry's biggest stages and platforms, including WPPI, CreativeLive, KelbyOne, Adorama, and B&H.
Beyond her work behind the camera, Elena is passionate about helping photographers build profitable, sustainable businesses that support the lives they actually want to live. Through her education programs, courses, and mastermind, she has coached hundreds of photographers around the world, helping many grow to six-figure businesses and beyond.
Elena is also the host of The Empowered Photographer Podcast and the founder of Renza, a software platform created specifically for school photographers. At the heart of everything she does is a simple belief: photographers can create meaningful art, meaningful income, and a business entirely on their own terms.
