Real Talk. Real Inspiration.

Fresh Perspectives and Honest Conversations

The WPPI Main Stage is where inspiration comes to life, kicking off with an unforgettable keynote that sets the tone for an incredible week ahead. Open to all full conference pass holders, these sessions feature leading photographers and educators sharing ideas that spark creativity, strengthen your business, and bring the community together through a shared passion for photography.

Annie Leibovitz

Opening Keynote

Annie Leibovitz is one of the most influential photographers of our time. For over five decades, her distinctive portraits have appeared on the covers of Rolling Stone, Vanity Fair, and Vogue. Her work is exhibited in museums all over the world. She is a Commandeur in the French government’s Ordre des Arts et des Lettres and has been designated a Living Legend by the Library ofCongress. In March 2024, Leibovitz was inducted into the Académie des Beaux-Arts.

We are deeply honored to welcome Annie Leibovitz as the opening keynote speaker for WPPI 2026. Her influence on photography is immeasurable, and her perspective continues to shape how we see art, culture, and humanity through the lens. Annie will take the Main Stage to share her creative journey, insights from decades behind the camera, and her thoughts on the evolving role of photography today. After her keynote, she’ll head to the WPPI Expo for a special signing of her latest two-volume release, Women—a stunning retrospective of more than 250 portraits celebrating the power, diversity, and strength of women around the world.
